As our Brand Director, you will be the driving force behind shaping and scaling our global brand strategy to deeply resonate with pet owners worldwide. You will lead the development and execution of bold, creative initiatives that grow brand awareness and equity, drive consumer engagement, and accelerate market share within the fast-growing pet tech sector. This is a high-impact leadership role that requires strategic vision, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to inspire teams and partners to bring our brand to life at every touchpoint.


What you’ll do


Brand Leadership & Strategy: Own the annual brand roadmap and guide the evolution of our

brand positioning and identity to align with business growth objectives and cultural trends.


Integrated Campaign Development: Lead the conception and execution of integrated, 360°

brand campaigns across digital, social, PR, retail, experiential, and emerging channels.


Product Launch Excellence: Partner with product marketing to spearhead high-impact

go-to-market strategies that create buzz and strengthen our reputation as the innovation

leader in pet tech.


Partnerships & Collaborations: Forge inventive partnerships and brand collaborations that

introduce our products to new audiences and elevate affinity across markets.


Brand Messaging & Creative Stewardship: Ensure consistent, compelling messaging that

reflects our values and connects emotionally with pet parents. Act as a creative guardian,

elevating standards across internal and external teams.


Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with DTC, growth, retail, and product teams to

ensure cohesive brand representation and performance at every consumer touchpoint.


Performance & Insights: Leverage brand health metrics, campaign analytics, and consumer

insights to refine strategy and maximize impact.


Budget & Resource Management: Own the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient

allocation of resources for maximum ROI.


Agency & Vendor Leadership: Oversee agency partners and external collaborators to deliver

world-class creative and media outcomes.

  • You’re a confident communicator who can influence and align executive leadership as well as inspire creative teams.

Qualifications


  • 10–12 years of progressive brand leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a director-level (or equivalent) role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful global brand strategies and campaigns.
  • Expertise in managing and growing teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
