Responsibilities

• Lead development of campaigns and marketing initiatives that translate brand narratives into high impact, social first 360° programs


• Oversee social strategy and execution, influencer and partnership marketing, and experiential activations


Campaign Development


• Translate brand narrative and product briefs into culturally resonant campaigns that build the brand world and remain cohesive across all touchpoints


• Partner with Product Marketing to ensure strong translation of product truth into emotional storytelling


• Work closely with Creative to ensure all execution aligns with brand visual standards and tone of voice


• Partner with VP Ecommerce and Sales or Trade Marketing to ensure commercial alignment and support


Social Strategy and Execution


• Build campaigns through a content and social first lens that supports both new product launches and core products


• Oversee content calendar planning and resourcing


• Lead content briefing and production for social channels with a platform specific approach


• Partner with Ecommerce to support paid content and integrate performance insights while maintaining brand integrity


Influencer and Partnership Strategy


• Set casting direction and tastemaker criteria for influencer collaborations


• Ensure influencer activations align with and support campaign platforms


• Guide brand partnership concepting and collaboration strategy


Experiential


• Lead experiential activations including launch events, cultural moments, and pop ups while driving social amplification and retail integration where relevant


Who You Are


• 12 to 15+ years experience in brand, campaign, or cultural marketing


• A natural storyteller with a strong creative mindset


• Highly tuned into culture and emerging trends


• Experience leading social first 360 campaigns


• Deep understanding of platform native content strategy


• Strong creative instincts combined with commercial awareness


• Comfortable operating in cross functional and matrixed environments


• Experience managing influencer and partnership ecosystems


• Strong operator capable of moving from concept through execution
