We are seeking a Senior Creative Designer, Healthcare to join our creative team and help drive the evolution of the Timeline healthcare brand. This role will work remotely, collaborating across teams and channels to craft compelling visual narratives that captivate and inspire the healthcare provider audience. This role offers an incredible range of opportunities: from branding and content creation to packaging, print, merchandising, and digital marketing.
You’ll report to the Executive Creative Director and have a dotted line to the Director of Healthcare Brand Marketing. You will contribute to the creative process across marketing, science, and product teams, ensuring consistency and quality across all design projects.
What you’ll be working on.
· Brand Development: Help shape and evolve the brand layer for the healthcare channel, ensuring an integrated but distinct execution within the larger Timeline brand, translating complex scientific and clinical data into compelling assets that serve the HCP audience in a way that is cohesive with the larger Timeline brand.
· Content Creation: Develop dynamic content for provider resources, website, and events, including graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing.
· Packaging & Print: Design innovative product packaging and promotional materials for the healthcare product line that aligns with the overall brand’s aesthetic.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, science, product, and events teams to deliver design solutions that meet diverse needs and objectives.
· Trend Research: Stay current with design trends, emerging tools, and industry best practices to ensure innovative and effective creative work.
· Creative Ownership: Take initiative in proposing and executing original ideas that align with brand goals.
What We’re Looking For
· Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in delivering design projects that serve a more scientific, provider audience. Please send the link to your portfolio clearly in your application.
· Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in design roles, preferably with a focus on servicing the scientific or clinical audience
· Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and working knowledge of After Effects and Figma. Experience in 3D design or copywriting is a plus.
· Attention to Detail: A strong eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
· Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with remote teams.
· Passion for Design: An innate curiosity and research-driven approach to design challenges. An interest in health, nutrition, or wellness is a bonus.
· Entrepreneurial Mindset: A proactive and solutions-oriented attitude, with the ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.

The salary range for this position is expected to be at around $120,000 - 130,000. This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range. The base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: location, experience, qualifications for the role and balancing internal equity.
