Senior Growth Product Manager - REMOTE

The Opportunity
The company is seeking a data-obsessed, consumer-centric Senior Growth Product Manager to optimize and scale our digital customer journey, from landing page to checkout. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead product initiatives that power our telehealth funnel, helping users seamlessly access personalized care while improving core business metrics such as conversion rate (CVR), average order value (AOV), customer lifetime value (LTV), and new product adoption.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, marketing, GTM, and design to shape and launch high-performing user experiences. From evolving our website and intake flows to building experimentation systems and scalable infrastructure, your work will be central to our growth motion. What You’ll Do
Funnel Ownership & Optimization
- Own the end-to-end user journey from website to intake flow to checkout, reducing friction and boosting conversion.
- Build a personalized care funnel that intelligently guides users to the right treatments while aligning with compliance and clinical best practices.
- Identify drop-off points across the funnel and rapidly implement solutions that improve acquisition, AOV, LTV, and product attach rates.
Experimentation & Data-Driven Growth
- Own and operate a robust A/B testing program using Growthbook, driving a culture of experimentation across growth and product teams.
- Develop and prioritize testable hypotheses grounded in data (Domo, GA4) and user insights (interviews, surveys, analytics).
- Lead structured post-test analyses to codify learnings, define creative guardrails, and evolve best practices.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Marketing and Lifecycle/CRM teams to launch scalable infrastructure that powers modular landing pages, intake logic, and dynamic content.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and GTM stakeholders to scope, ship, and iterate on product features and experiences.
- Work hand-in-hand with our Compliance and Clinical teams to ensure all new experiences adhere to telehealth regulations and clinical safety.
Tooling, Tracking & Infrastructure
- Define and track core KPIs with support from analytics via Domo, Segment, and GA4. Partner with Engineering to implement clean event instrumentation.
- Build internal systems that empower growth marketing to launch and manage landing page and content tests without dev bottlenecks.
- Maintain a source of truth in Notion, ClickUp, or Linear to keep roadmaps visible, priorities aligned, and execution unblocked.
Customer & Market Insights
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to deeply understand patient needs, motivations, and frictions across the care funnel.
- Monitor competitor UX (Hims, Ro, AG1, Thesis, Function Health, etc.) and telehealth industry benchmarks to remain at the forefront of consumer experience design.
- Partner with Lifecycle and Product Marketing to develop segmented user journeys that support education, product cross-sell, and retention.
AI-Driven Product Innovation
- Leverage AI tools and LLMs (like ChatGPT, Claude, or internal models) to accelerate customer research, competitive analysis, and product discovery workflows.
- Identify opportunities to develop AI-native or AI-augmented features that personalize care, simplify onboarding, improve conversion, or unlock operational scale.
- Rapidly prototype and validate AI-first MVPs (e.g., intelligent onboarding flows, recommendation engines, automated support tools) in collaboration with Design and Engineering.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define what “AI-enhanced” means for our users, and ensure new experiences deliver measurable lifts in retention, satisfaction, or efficiency.
- Stay current with AI advancements and tools—bringing forward ideas that improve our internal workflows and external consumer experiences.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager focused on growth, DTC funnel optimization, or consumer digital experience—ideally in healthcare, telehealth, or wellness.
- Proven track record of moving key metrics like CVR, AOV, LTV, and engagement through thoughtful product interventions.
- Deep experience leading experimentation programs, including ideation, implementation, statistical rigor, and interpretation.
- Strong analytical foundation and experience with tools like Domo, GA4, Segment, and SQL (bonus).
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot and growth-tech stack components that empower modular, scalable user journeys.
- A track record of working closely with design and dev teams to execute quickly and iterate frequently within agile sprint cycles.
- Excellent communication skills with a bias for clarity, strategic alignment, and collaborative execution.
- Proficiency in project/product management tools: Notion, ClickUp, Linear.
- Experience building product infrastructure that empowers non-technical teams (e.g., marketers) to launch and manage digital experiences.
- Knowledge of telehealth regulatory frameworks, HIPAA compliance, and digital consent flows.
- Familiarity with compounded medications or experience in personalized wellness products.
