Senior Partnerships Manager

About Prologue

Prologue is a biotechnology company working in beauty. Built by stem cell scientists, we are developing a new category of hair care designed to help people maintain the appearance of their natural hair color.

As we prepare to launch, we are looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to build a powerful network of advocates around the brand.

The role

You will lead Prologue’s relationships with key opinion leaders, macro influencers, cultural figures, experts, and strategic partners.

This is not a traditional influencer-marketing role focused on one-off sponsored posts. You will develop long-term, credible partnerships that build trust, awareness, and growth—from ambassador relationships and expert advocacy to events, content collaborations, affiliate programs, and professional partnerships.

What you’ll do

  • Build and execute Prologue’s partnership strategy.
  • Identify and develop relationships with high-impact creators, experts, talent, and cultural figures.
  • Build a network of dermatologists, hair specialists, longevity practitioners, scientists, and other trusted voices.
  • Create tailored partnership concepts and negotiate agreements, deliverables, usage rights, and commercial terms.
  • Develop seeding, ambassador, affiliate, expert, and professional partnership programs.
  • Collaborate with the founders, scientific team, brand, PR, and growth teams.
  • Measure partnerships across credibility, reach, customer acquisition, and revenue.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, talent relations, influencer strategy, or business development.
  • Experience in beauty, wellness, supplements, consumer health, longevity, or luxury.
  • A strong relevant network—or a demonstrated ability to build one.
  • Experience managing relationships with macro influencers, experts, celebrities, or talent representatives.
  • Strong interpersonal instincts, commercial judgment, and negotiation skills.
  • A track record of creating long-term relationships rather than one-off activations.
  • A proactive, highly organized approach suited to an early-stage company.

You understand the difference between reach and genuine influence—and know how to turn the right relationships into lasting value for both the brand and its partners.
