- Design flexible component systems/modules that can scale across the site.
-
Interactive & personalized experiences Concept and design sophisticated interactive modules that feel differentiated and premium.
-
Create patterns that make the site feel personalized and customer-centric (e.g., interactive flows, guided journeys, tailored content blocks).
-
Collaboration & execution Partner closely with product marketing, content, and a senior content lead/UX writer to align messaging and visual design.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are feasible, performant, and implemented with high quality.
- Contribute to and refine a shared design system for the marketing site.

- Comfortable working with content strategists, UX writers, and marketers.
- Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and web basics (responsive design, accessibility-aware design, performance-minded decisions).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to operate in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
Engagement Details

Type: Contract (with strong potential to extend as the broader web program continues)
-
Duration: Initial 2–3 months (aligned with core website overhaul timeline)
-

-
Collaboration: Works closely with a digital producer/program manager, senior content lead, and engineering partners
