Creative Director
The Role
We’re looking for a Creative Director who can shape and scale the brand through big ideas, strong creative judgment, and culturally relevant storytelling—while staying close to the work. This is a hands-on, player-coach role: you’ll concept, build, and refine ideas alongside the team while also setting direction from above.
You’ll lead campaign thinking across channels, partnering closely with design, brand, and marketing to bring cohesive, high-impact ideas to life. You’re as comfortable building and iterating on concepts yourself as you are guiding others—jumping into decks, visual direction, and feedback loops to push the work forward.
This role reports to the Executive Creative Director, with a close partnership with the CMO and broader leadership team.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and hands-on build campaign ideas, creative territories, and brand narratives—from initial concept through execution
- Translate strategy into scalable creative platforms across social, OOH, retail, owned, and experiential channels
- Work directly in the weeds with creative and cross-functional partners— iterating and refining work together
- Create decks, mood boards, and creative comps that clearly communicate ideas and sell them through
- Contribute directly to concepting for broadcast and streaming
- Bring strong commercial and cultural perspective—introducing references, creative partners (photographers, directors, editors), and emerging formats (including AI-driven content)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, marketing, and production teams to ensure cohesive execution
- Provide clear direction and feedback, while also actively contributing to the output yourself
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience, with proven success in a Creative Director or senior creative role, ideally within CPG
- A strong portfolio demonstrating both conceptual thinking and hands-on execution across multiple channels
- Excellent creative judgment and taste across visual systems—typography, design, color, and imagery
- Ability to move fluidly between big-picture thinking and detail-oriented execution
- Experience mentoring and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, especially designers
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-output environment with a collaborative, low-ego mindset
- Fluency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite + experience with emerging creative tools and formats, including AI
