Title: Contract Creative Project Manager (ClickUp)
Duration: 2 weeks (40 hours/week) with potential extension
Reports to: Director of Creative Operations
Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Creative Project Manager to support our Creative Operations team on a short-term contract. This role will focus on managing workflows in ClickUp across a range of creative projects, including email campaigns, digital ads, and video post-production.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update projects in ClickUp across the creative department
- Coordinate workflows for email, paid media, and video production deliverables
- Track team bandwidth and resource allocation
- Assist with forecasting upcoming work and capacity needs
- Ensure deadlines and milestones are clearly defined and met
- Generate basic reporting for project status and team utilization
- Partner closely with the Director of Creative Operations
Requirements:
- Experience managing creative or marketing projects
- Strong proficiency in ClickUp (or similar tools like Asana/Monday, but ClickUp preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with resource planning / bandwidth tracking is a plus
- Familiarity with creative production workflows (email, ads, video)
