Title: Contract Creative Project Manager (ClickUp)

Duration: 2 weeks (40 hours/week) with potential extension

Reports to: Director of Creative Operations


Overview:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Creative Project Manager to support our Creative Operations team on a short-term contract. This role will focus on managing workflows in ClickUp across a range of creative projects, including email campaigns, digital ads, and video post-production.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update projects in ClickUp across the creative department
  • Coordinate workflows for email, paid media, and video production deliverables
  • Track team bandwidth and resource allocation
  • Assist with forecasting upcoming work and capacity needs
  • Ensure deadlines and milestones are clearly defined and met
  • Generate basic reporting for project status and team utilization
  • Partner closely with the Director of Creative Operations


Requirements:

  • Experience managing creative or marketing projects
  • Strong proficiency in ClickUp (or similar tools like Asana/Monday, but ClickUp preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with resource planning / bandwidth tracking is a plus
  • Familiarity with creative production workflows (email, ads, video)
