Job Title: Senior Creator Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a chronically online, culture-obsessed Senior Influencer Strategist to join our ranks because we need more of the best and brightest to make that happen.
About You:
- Minimum 4+ years social marketing industry experience, including minimum 2 years in an influencer or creator-specific role
- You have a deep understanding of the influencer marketing and creator space, including key metrics, best practices, and emerging trends
- You enjoy getting to work on a range of brand challenges and categories, including fashion, lifestyle, beauty, travel and sports
- You are innately curious and have a love of consumer psychology and brand problem-solving
- You have a great eye for brand tone and aesthetic and enjoy translating it into casting and creative direction
- You have experience in understanding data and driving performance
- You are highly collaborative while able to be autonomous
- You have a deep understanding of the purchase power and cultural significance of influencers and creators, you believe in the future of the industry, and you want to be a part of shaping it
What You'll Do:
You will report directly to the VP of Strategy, and be operating on a small but mighty strategy team. Approximately 70% of your time will be spent adding value and developing solutions for our existing clients, including trend forecasting, opportunity spotting, creative ideation, solution mapping, creative direction, casting, briefing and reporting. The remaining 30% of your time will involve playing a key role in new business pitches, and working on internal strategy initiatives to inform thought-leadership and marketing.
An ability to skillfully collaborate and build trust cross-functionally will be critical to your success in this role. You’ll be relied upon by your teammates across accounts, new business, and marketing to be a platform and landscape expert and thought leader.
No matter if it's a one-pager or a 30-slide presentation, you’ll need to be able to tell a good story. This involves finding the right data and/or anecdotes to include, copy that flows from one sentence to the next, and visual assets that make our consumer-facing work or client presentation even more dynamic.
