Brand Designer (Mid-Level)
Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time
About the Company
We're partnering with a fast-growing wellness brand in the health supplement space. It's on a mission to make everyday health simple, effective, and part of a daily ritual. Fresh off a recent brand relaunch, the team is looking for a hands-on Brand Designer to help grow and expand its new visual language.
About the Role
You'll be a core part of shaping how the brand shows up in the world. From packaging to email campaigns, retail displays to social creative, you'll work across a wide range of creative outputs. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, retention, retail, and healthcare provider marketing to create cohesive, conversion-focused design across every customer touchpoint.
They're looking for a versatile designer who thrives in startup environments, enjoys wearing many hats, and can balance speed and craft with confidence.
What You'll Do
- Help evolve and maintain the brand's visual identity
- Take broader creative direction from senior creative team members and translate it into design across all customer touchpoints
- Design and iterate on creative assets including landing pages, emails, social content, packaging, print collateral, and retail displays
- Keep the visual language consistent across the customer journey, from awareness to purchase
- Manage and evolve brand guidelines as the company scales
- Stay current on industry trends and bring fresh creative ideas to the table
What They're Looking For
- 3–5+ years of design experience, ideally in-house for consumer-facing brands (experience working with regulatory reviews is a plus)
- You think in systems and scalable frameworks to find efficiencies in day-to-day design work
- A strong portfolio showing brand systems, brand creative, and campaigns
- Fluency in Figma, including using and maintaining design libraries, plus strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- A strong eye for detail, color, typography, and layout
- You believe great design comes from instinct, iteration, and original thinking. You see AI as a utility at best, not a shortcut for craft
- A self-starter mindset: you're comfortable running with ideas and managing your workload proactively with project managers
- You stay nimble and organized in a fast-paced environment (startup experience is a plus)
- Interest in wellness, health, and functional products
