We’re now at the stage where design needs a dedicated in-house leader to move faster and raise the bar. We’re an experienced team with strong traction and a long-term mindset.

About the Role

We’re hiring a founding product designer to take full ownership of design across a growing AI-powered platform. You’ll work directly with the CEO—who is also a product designer—to evolve the product’s usability, speed up delivery, and refine the visual language.

Responsibilities

• Own all product design decisions and execution
• Collaborate closely with the CEO, engineers, and cross-functional partners
• Improve usability while keeping the product fast and lightweight
• Evolve and refine our design system
• Create clean, intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI
• Balance thoughtful UX with high-quality, polished visuals
• Help shape product direction in a design-forward, no-PM environment

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on product design experience
• Experience in small, fast-moving teams
• A strong portfolio showing UX thinking and visual craft
• Pragmatic approach: values outcomes over perfection
• Comfortable working directly with engineers and executives
• Strong product instincts and willingness to “own the problem”
• Low ego and thrives in high-trust, high-responsibility environments

Bonus

• Experience with SaaS or B2B products
• Some exposure to consumer-grade polish or interaction patterns
