About the Opportunity
We're partnering with a design leader at one of the fastest-growing marketplaces in the country, and the timing could not be better: the company just closed a $545M Series G, roughly doubling its valuation to $20B in under a year.
They're the largest livestream shopping marketplace in the US and Europe, doing roughly $1B/month in GMV — and it still moves like a startup. It's building something with no existing playbook to copy: a live, interactive shopping experience used by millions of buyers and sellers across hundreds of categories, from trading cards and fashion to electronics and live plants. The product keeps expanding just as fast — a new international market launched this year, and the platform now spans 250+ live categories.
The design team is doubling in size this year and is still small enough (around 20 designers) that whoever joins next helps shape what it becomes, rather than executing inside something already built. It's a centralized design team hiring across every part of the product, so you'd get exposure across the whole surface area instead of staying siloed to one area.
This is a remote-first, co-located team anchored in hubs across multiple major U.S. and international markets, moving fast and staying close to users. Fully remote is supported, with optional offices in LA, NYC, SF, and Seattle. The company has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing marketplaces in its space and named among the best startup employers in the country.
The Role
We're looking for thoughtful, experienced Product Designers who are passionate about solving complex problems, designing scalable systems, and building experiences that balance user needs with business priorities. You'll lead the design of end-to-end workflows across high-impact surfaces — whether user-facing features, internal tools, or core platform systems.
In this role, you'll shape the future of the product by creating experiences that are clear, efficient, and user-centric, all while collaborating deeply with designers, product managers, engineers, data scientists, operations, and other cross-functional partners. This could include anything from designing onboarding experiences and discovery flows to educational content, review systems, or real-time interactions during live events.
