Responsibilities
• Build and lead a social content engine from concept through execution
• Translate campaigns and product launches into culturally relevant, platform native storytelling and oversee execution
Social Creative Strategy
• Create and evolve the social brand book
• Define the creative approach by platform
• Develop ideas that extend beyond single posts including collaborations, merchandise, events, and other brand world building opportunities
Social Concept Development
• Translate campaign ideas into social first creative concepts
• Develop ongoing content narrative arcs that extend beyond launch moments
• Concept ways to tell the story of core products so they remain consistently top of mind for customers
• Ensure the brand shows up in a distinct and consistent way across all platforms
Creator Casting and UGC Ecosystem
• Define creator profiles aligned with campaign and brand strategy
• Identify and cast tastemakers, micro creators, and emerging voices
• Oversee development of UGC briefs that drive strong creative output
• Shape creator partnerships into cohesive storytelling moments
• Build and scale a UGC creator network
Production Leadership
• Determine when content should be UGC driven, influencer led, produced in house, or produced at scale
• Lead resourcing and budget allocation across different content types
• Oversee planning and execution of social first content shoots
• Partner with the Content Manager and Influencer team to execute content efficiently and at a high quality
Cultural Leadership
• Identify relevant cultural moments early
• Guide strategic participation in trends
• Anticipate and respond to shifts in platform behavior
What You Bring
• 8 to 10+ years experience in social media creative and marketing
• Experience building and leading content ecosystems from concept through execution
• Strong creative instincts with production literacy
• Experience casting and briefing creators
• Strong commercial awareness
• Ability to operate in fast moving and resource conscious environments
