We’re looking for a Art Director to support multiple beauty-focused accounts across campaign, launch, and content work. This role is ideal for a strong visual thinker with deep beauty experience who can move fluidly between big-idea concepting and hands-on execution.
The ideal candidate is an editorial, world-building creative who can develop overarching campaign concepts and ensure they translate clearly across platforms, from video and social to launch assets and presentations. You should be comfortable art directing video, building storyboards, and confidently leading on-set creative, as well as crafting polished decks and client-facing materials.
This role requires both conceptual strength and strong design fundamentals. You’ll collaborate closely with senior creative leadership and work directly with clients, supporting concept development, launch storytelling, and the execution of visually compelling ad ideas.
Responsibilities
- Develop and art direct campaign concepts with a strong point of view and clear visual narrative
- Build worlds and overarching ideas that scale across multiple touchpoints
- Art direct and storyboard video content, including on-set direction
- Support concept development for upcoming product launches
- Design and develop client-facing decks, ad concepts, and supporting graphics
- Collaborate closely with senior creative leadership and client partners
- Communicate clearly and confidently across internal teams and with clients
Requirements
- Strong beauty industry experience
- Proven ability to concept, art direct, and execute across campaigns
- Experience art directing video and working on set
- Strong storytelling and deck-building skills
- High-level design proficiency, including Adobe Creative Suite
- Comfortable balancing big-picture thinking with detailed execution
- Willingness to travel as needed for shoots (including potential travel to Los Angeles)
