We’re partnering with a fast-growing consumer brand to find a Part-Time Marketing Designer who can bring strong taste, speed, and executional excellence to a lean, highly collaborative team.

This role is ideal for a mid-level designer (3–5 years of experience) who enjoys being hands-on in the work and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with the founder and marketing team to create high-quality creative across digital and physical touchpoints.

This is a new kids CPG product, but from an aesthetic standpoint, the brand is not looking for anything overly “kiddy.” The goal is to build something elevated, modern, and design-forward while still being approachable.

This is not a strategy-heavy role. We’re looking for someone who loves executing, iterating, and shipping great work quickly.


What You’ll Do

  • Design high-quality marketing assets across email, paid media, and social
  • Execute lifecycle and campaign email designs
  • Create paid social and performance-driven creative
  • Develop social and digital marketing visuals aligned with brand standards
  • Design occasional physical assets (postcards, packaging elements, merch)
  • Translate brand direction into consistent, day-to-day creative output
  • Partner closely with a small team to bring ideas to life quickly and effectively


What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing or brand design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing email, paid social, and marketing-focused work
  • Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality or taste
  • Highly executional and detail-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working closely with founders or small teams
  • Experience working across multiple touchpoints (digital + some physical)
  • Strong understanding of modern, elevated consumer brand aesthetics


This Role Is Not For You If

  • Your experience is primarily in product design or UX
  • You’re currently operating at an Art Director, Creative Director, or very senior level
  • You prefer high-level strategy over hands-on design execution

  • Brand-aligned visuals across multiple channels
  • Physical touchpoints like postcards, packaging elements, or merch


Logistics

  • Part-time contract (hours flexible depending on scope)
  • Remote (PST preferred, not required)
  • US-based candidates only (unable to support visa sponsorship)
  • Strong potential for extension for the right fit
  • Lean interview process (portfolio review + team conversations)
