Every year, businesses trade $11 trillion worth of critical goods. Think food and beverage, building materials, chemicals, medical supplies, and so on. But they're still doing it through disconnected systems, manual paperwork, and phone calls. Nuvo is building the first connected network for B2B trade, giving businesses a single place to verify partners, manage relationships, and transact with confidence. Instead of fragmented one-off connections, trade starts to work like an actual network.


From coffee to lumber, every product we use has been traded through a complex supply chain of suppliers, manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers. Despite the massive scale of this market, most businesses manage their trading relationships and commerce activities using outdated methods like paper forms, PDFs, emails, faxes, phone calls, and spreadsheets, making processes slow and inefficient.

Much like how Shopify, Stripe and Square have transformed how consumer companies transact, we aim to do the same for B2B companies.

The Role

We're hiring a Sr. Manager, Content & Campaigns to own content creation and creative execution across Nuvo's marketing programs. This person will be responsible for translating our positioning into compelling content that performs across owned, earned, and paid channels, all in service of integrated campaigns that tell a consistent, relevant story wherever our audience encounters us.

This is a hands-on role. You'll be writing, editing, briefing agencies, and producing content across formats and channels. The right person is someone who can move fast, hold a high bar for quality, and think in terms of campaigns rather than isolated pieces of content.

You'll work closely with our Growth Marketing Lead, who owns campaign strategy, tactics, and targeting. Your job is to make that strategy come to life through high-quality content and creative. You'll also manage key external agency partners, including SEO and PR, helping shape how Nuvo shows up in both owned and earned media.

This role reports to the Head of Marketing and is based in-person in San Francisco, New York City, or Denver.

You Will

  • Own content creation and creative execution for integrated marketing campaigns spanning owned channels (e.g. blog, email, social, web, in-product), as well as earned and paid media
  • Develop and produce customer stories, case studies, and proof points that support demand generation programs
  • Partner with the Growth Marketing Lead to align content and creative output with campaign strategy and audience targeting
  • Manage our external SEO/content agency, setting priorities and ensuring output aligns with our content strategy
  • Support our PR agency with messaging inputs, contributed content, and media-facing materials
  • Draft and refine executive communications, thought leadership pieces, and other high-visibility content
  • Write and edit across formats and voices: web copy, long-form content, email sequences, social, and more
  • Define content KPIs in partnership with Growth Marketing and continuously improve based on performance
  • Maintain brand and messaging consistency across every channel and touchpoint

You Have

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, with a focus on integrated campaigns over one-off content production
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking, creative range, and strong execution across multiple formats
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to shift between web copy, long-form thought leadership, and executive voice
  • Experience using AI tools to scale content production without sacrificing quality, including writing, repurposing, and workflow automation
  • Hands-on experience building interactive content and lead magnets using tools like Lovable, Cursor, or similar AI-powered platforms
  • Experience managing external agency partners (SEO, content, or PR)
  • A strong instinct for what makes content perform across owned, earned, and paid channels
  • Experience partnering with demand generation or growth marketing teams
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where you make decisions with imperfect information and ship frequently

  • Experience in early-to-mid stage SaaS startups
