About the Opportunity
A health optimization and longevity clinic is seeking a Brand Designer to support national expansion by creating and maintaining design systems across B2C and B2B initiatives. Best suited for a designer who thrives in applying existing creative frameworks to meet strategic business objectives, rather than seeking reinvention or extensive ideation.
What You'll Do
- Translate business objectives into visually compelling, multi-channel design projects that drive growth and support national expansion.
- Own and execute design projects across digital and physical mediums, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems that enable consistent execution across corporate and franchise locations.
- Lead creation of multimedia assets including website updates, social content, email campaigns, print materials, environmental design, and branded presentations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, PR, and Medical teams to design campaigns, product visuals, and patient-facing assets.
What's Required
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of brand design experience, preferably in healthcare or wellness.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital and print design, including branding, typography, and layout.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and After Effects or similar tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, startup environment.
What's Preferred
- Experience designing for social media platforms, email campaigns, and responsive web design.
- Proven ability to translate brand guidelines into effective design solutions that align with business goals.
- Knowledge of healthcare marketing compliance.
- Based in New York, NY or Austin, TX.
