Senior Product Manager
WeShop
Apply for this job

WeShop is a Nasdaq-traded commerce platform creating a new relationship between shopping and ownership.

Our customers shop from leading brands, discover and share products socially, and earn WePoints that can be converted into shares in WeShop, turning everyday shopping activity into an opportunity to participate in the value of the platform. Creators and influencers can also earn shares by driving engagement and referrals. Following our UK pilot, WeShop is entering an important new stage of growth, with a US launch planned for November 2026 and a UK relaunch in early 2027.

The Opportunity

  • We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Product Manager to help shape the next generation of WeShop. The product challenge is unusually broad and interesting: making commerce, discovery, social participation, rewards and ownership feel like one simple, compelling consumer experience, and building the behaviors that turn first-time shoppers into habitual users and advocates.
  • Working closely with our Chief Product Officer, you’ll own major product problems and outcomes across the customer journey. You’ll have significant responsibility from day one and work directly with Engineering, Data, Design, Commercial, and other teams to turn customer insight and business strategy into products people want to use. This is a hands-on product role. You’ll help shape direction while staying close to the details—talking to customers, interrogating data, working through product and technical trade-offs, testing hypotheses, and getting exceptional products shipped.

What You’ll Own

  • Shape the roadmap. Translate WeShop’s growth strategy into a focused product roadmap, making clear choices about what we build, why we build it and how we sequence investment against customer and business impact.
  • Create exceptional customer journeys. Own critical experiences across discovery, consideration, purchase, rewards, sharing and repeat engagement, making a potentially complex proposition feel simple, intuitive and delightful.
  • Drive measurable growth. Own product outcomes across the customer funnel, using customer insight, data and experimentation to improve activation, engagement, conversion, purchase frequency, referral and lifetime value.
  • Build social into the product experience. Explore how creators, influencers, customers and content can make WeShop more useful, engaging and inherently shareable.
  • Build intelligently with AI. Identify where AI can materially improve discovery, search, recommendations and conversational shopping experiences, while also using AI within the product practice to accelerate insight, experimentation and delivery.
  • Create a rigorous test-and-learn culture. Frame hypotheses, define success metrics, run experiments and turn quantitative and qualitative signals into better product decisions.
  • Ship with quality and pace. Work deeply with Engineering, Data and Design from problem definition through launch and iteration, resolving ambiguity, making trade-offs and maintaining a high bar for both customer experience and execution.
  • Cross-platform fluency. Drive the delivery of exceptional product experiences for iOS, Android and web conventions without just adapting a single platform’s look and feel.
  • Represent the customer. Develop a deep understanding of our customers (their motivations, behaviors, frustrations, and unmet needs) and make sure their perspective remains central to product decisions.

What Makes You Great for This Role

  • You have 7+ years of product management experience, ideally building high-quality consumer products across commerce, marketplaces, fintech, social, growth, or AI-enabled experiences.
  • More importantly, you have a track record of turning ambiguous problems into products that create measurable customer and business impact.
  • And ideally, you have a sense of humor. Building something ambitious should still be fun.

How You’ll Work

  • You’ll report to our Chief Product Officer and work closely with Engineering, Data, Design, Commercial, and other teams across WeShop.
  • We move quickly, debate openly and care about both the quality of our thinking and the quality of what we ship. We’re looking for someone who enjoys that combination: enough ambition to question what’s possible, enough pragmatism to get things done, and enough product craft to know when something isn’t yet good enough.
