Founding Creative Producer

Our client is on a mission to help companies understand and control their AI presence. We are hiring a founding Creative Producer to build the creative engine. You will own video production end to end, from concept through final delivery, working directly with marketing leadership and founders to create content across social, campaigns, employer branding, customer stories, and product launches.


This is a hands-on role for someone who can both execute and direct. You can pick up a camera, run a shoot, and edit the final cut, but you also know how to brief and manage external partners when needed. You are not expected to be a motion designer, but you need the taste and judgment to direct one. This is a build-from-zero role. You will define how creative gets made.


What you’ll do

  • Own video production end to end, including concepting, filming, directing, editing, and delivery
  • Run shoots across founder content, customer stories, employer branding, and events, handling logistics and on-set direction
  • Edit and ship high-quality video content for social and distribution channels with speed and strong point of view
  • Direct external partners including animators, motion designers, editors, and agencies, maintaining a high quality bar
  • Scale output across formats including short-form social, long-form video, and campaign content
  • Build lightweight systems for briefing, production, and asset management that allow the team to move quickly
  • Maintain a consistent standard for quality, tone, and creative direction across all output
  • Partner with demand generation and product marketing to ensure creative drives pipeline, not just engagement


Who you are

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in video production, creative production, or social-first content
  • Hands-on across the full production stack, including shooting, lighting, directing, and editing
  • Proficient in tools such as Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar
  • Experience directing external creative partners and producing high-quality outcomes
  • Comfortable working across formats including short-form, long-form, branded content, and event capture
  • Strong creative taste and a clear point of view on what good looks like
  • Comfortable using Figma and Adobe Suite for supporting creative work
  • Understand how content performs across social and distribution channels
  • Highly organized, autonomous, and able to operate without close supervision
  • Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership
  • Experience running shoots and managing production logistics end to end
  • Portfolio of work that demonstrates quality, range, and execution
  • Able to clearly explain what you built, why it worked, and how you would improve it
  • Motivated to build a function, not just execute within one


Location

This is an on-site role based in our NYC office (5x a week), designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and meaningful impact.
