About the Role
We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to serve as a highly reliable executional leader within our Growth team—owning the day-to-day performance, optimization, and operational excellence of our paid growth channels.
This is a hands-on role with meaningful strategic exposure. You’ll work closely with the Director of Growth to execute campaigns, manage testing and creative logistics, track performance against benchmarks, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks as the business scales. Think of this role as the person who keeps growth running cleanly, consistently, and predictably—while contributing insights that shape decisions.
What You’ll Do:
Paid Media Execution & Optimization
- Own hands-on execution and optimization of paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, Pinterest, influencer, and emerging acquisition channels to efficiently drive new customer growth.
- Manage end-to-end campaign operations including setup, QA, trafficking, tracking, daily performance monitoring, budget pacing, and optimization toward core KPIs (CAC, MER, ROAS, CVR, and revenue).
- Oversee and optimize digital marketing efforts across additional channels (TV, SEO/SEM, Affiliate), supporting and coordinating with external agencies to ensure alignment with growth goals and best practices.
- Identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels, strategies, and opportunities to maximize ROI while maintaining profitability and performance benchmarks.
Testing & Performance Learning
- Execute structured testing frameworks across creative, audiences, formats, offers, and landing experiences
- Define hypotheses, success metrics, and timelines; analyze results and draw clear conclusions
- Translate winning tests into scaled execution in partnership with Growth leadership
Creative & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Own creative readiness and trafficking across paid channels, ensuring the right assets are live at the right time
- Collaborate closely with content strategists & designers to brief performance needs, timelines, and priorities
- Provide performance feedback on creative (hooks, formats, messaging) to inform future production
Reporting & Systems
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance across all channels, translating data into actionable insights that inform optimization and growth decisions.
- Maintain dashboards and weekly/monthly performance reporting across core KPIs; own channel-level reporting while partnering on broader growth forecasting and performance readouts.
- Support CRO initiatives by implementing and analyzing A/B tests, evaluating user behavior, and partnering on site improvements to improve conversion performance.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms and analytics tools, while contributing to documentation, process improvements, and growth playbooks as the team scales.
Market Research & Trend Spotting:
- Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and best practices to identify new growth opportunities.
- Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to inform strategy.

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing roles, preferably at an early-stage startup or performance-focused agency.
- Proven success managing paid media campaigns across major platforms.
- Strong understanding of key growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and CTR.
- Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Tik Tok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Shopify plus
- Exceptional analytical skills with a knack for turning data into actionable insights.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in eCommerce, food, or gifting industries is a plus.
