About the Role

A leading consumer marketplace platform is seeking a bilingual copywriter (English/Spanish) to support brand and marketing initiatives across multiple audiences and channels.


This role will play an important part in helping the company communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking audiences while ensuring brand voice and messaging remain consistent across languages and cultural contexts.

You will spend dedicated time writing and consulting on Spanish-language marketing work, ensuring campaigns feel culturally fluent, thoughtful, and aligned with brand standards. In addition to language-specific work, you will also contribute to broader integrated marketing campaigns that reach millions of users across the platform’s ecosystem.


The ideal candidate understands that brand voice is a strategic asset and knows how to protect it, evolve it, and apply it consistently across channels. This could include adapting campaigns across languages, developing conversion-focused marketing assets, or contributing to larger brand storytelling moments.

This role requires both creative thinking and operational discipline. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, navigate complex campaign workflows, and deliver high-quality work within a fast-paced environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Write and consult on Spanish-language marketing campaigns, ensuring cultural nuance and brand alignment
  • Translate and transcreate English campaigns into Spanish, adapting messaging for clarity, resonance, and cultural context rather than performing literal translations
  • Contribute to integrated marketing campaigns that reach multiple audience segments across the platform
  • Maintain a clear, conversational brand voice across languages and formats
  • Develop conversion-focused messaging across marketing channels while maintaining brand quality
  • Manage campaign trackers and multi-channel asset development processes
  • Shape ambiguous or evolving briefs into clear, focused messaging
  • Deliver high-volume work efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail

Experience

  • 5+ years of professional copywriting experience
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Experience writing Spanish-language marketing campaigns
  • Experience working with consumer-facing technology platforms or high-growth digital brands

Skill Set

  • Strong command of brand voice with the ability to write clear, human, and engaging copy
  • Understanding of performance-oriented messaging and conversion-focused marketing
  • Skilled in transcreation and cultural adaptation across languages
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
  • Able to navigate complex stakeholder input and cross-functional collaboration
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented across multi-channel campaign builds
