About the Role

We are looking for a marketing leader for Hightouch’s Advertising Studio product. This role reports to the CMO, partners directly with our founders, and is responsible for ensuring our breakthrough agentic advertising product reaches its fullest potential in terms of market awareness, sales demand, product adoption, and customer advocacy.

This role is best suited to a highly energetic and skilled marketing leader - someone who is actively engaged in day-to-day work, but also capable of inspiring a team and collaborating with product and sales leadership to solve difficult problems. They should be able to originate world-class messaging, turn that into clear and executable campaigns, and oversee the execution of those campaigns in partnership with their Brand, Growth and Sales teammates.

Ad Studio is a newer product with a great deal of ‘zero-to-one’ marketing ahead. Successful candidates for a role like this tend to be proven at delivering results where the path to success is unclear and must be solved from scratch. They are usually the person that others call to help achieve clarity and plan what to do in response to a challenge or emerging marketing need. Not only that, but they’re usually the one that’s organizing the plan and ensuring everyone is unblocked and executing effectively. They’re able to do hands-on work, delegate and coach teams (or agents, as needed) and coordinate diverse functions across the company. Oh yeah, and they’re creative too - generating breakthrough ideas that customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders embrace and get excited about.

What You’ll Do

● Oversee a team of world-class product marketers, providing feedback, coaching, and helping refine ideas to ensure ‘move the market’ to favor Hightouch

● Lead integrated marketing for our Ad Studio product, including persona targeting, messaging alignment, and execution collaboration with our Growth and Brand teams

● Drive positioning, messaging, and enablement for our Ad Studio product

● Execute campaigns, create thought leadership, speak at events, build sales materials - basically whatever it takes to create, accelerate, and close pipeline

● Conduct research to identify gaps in the market for our products to fill

● Create, maintain, and improve website messaging, customer case studies, and sales enablement materials

What We’re Looking For

● Significant experience in product marketing and integrated marketing at high growth companies (age is just a number, but this is a senior leadership role and candidates will be evaluated accordingly)

● GTM Skills: Proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market for new and existing products, including planning, coordination, and execution

● Technical Product Positioning: Ability to understand and clearly articulate the technical aspects and benefits of our products to both technical and non-technical audiences

● Market and User Research: Strong background in conducting market research and user interviews to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape

● Competitive Analysis: Skilled in analyzing competitors' products, strategies, and market positioning to inform our product development and marketing strategies

● Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and marketing challenges and to create actionable insights and plans

● Storytelling: Proficient in turning complex, technology-heavy topics into digestible, compelling stories that resonate with target audiences

● Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting clear, persuasive messaging

● Experience marketing and selling to diverse personas: Prior experience in product marketing within B2B is very helpful, ideally at companies that are selling to the enterprise

● Leadership: Experience with direct, and dotted line, management of teams of diverse skills
