A well-established dental laboratory in Augusta is seeking an experienced CAD Designer to join a clean, modern, and high-quality production environment. This role offers competitive pay, generous benefits, and the opportunity to work with advanced digital technology in a collaborative team setting.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced with implant workflows, and comfortable handling full-arch restorations in a fast-paced, precision-driven lab.
Responsibilities
- Produce implant and full-arch restorations including screw-retained restorations, hybrid bars, and overdentures
- Review prescriptions and specifications to ensure clinical and functional accuracy
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet timelines and maintain production quality
- Maintain quality control throughout all stages of case production
- Use 3Shape and CAD/CAM systems for design, verification, and documentation
- Track implant components and support workflow improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in implant or full-arch dental lab production
- Proficiency with 3Shape and a strong understanding of digital workflows
- Knowledge of implant systems, dental anatomy, and restorative principles
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to accuracy, quality, and deadlines
Compensation and Benefits
- $28 to $32 per hour, based on experience
