Surgical and Regenerative Dental Products

A leading U.S. manufacturer of regenerative products and specialized surgical instrumentation for implant dentistry and oral surgery is hiring a Territory Sales Manager to support its Michigan market. This is a fully remote role with regular in-person visits to dental practices across the state.


This is a high-impact opportunity for a results-driven sales professional who thrives in consultative selling, values long-term customer relationships, and is ready to lead a full-state territory with support from an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies across Michigan
  • Acquire new customers while strengthening existing accounts
  • Call on Oral Surgeons, Periodontists, and other implant-placing providers
  • Conduct product demos and present consultative solutions
  • Maintain accurate records and sales pipeline data
  • Achieve assigned sales goals and performance metrics
  • Attend 8–10 study clubs, surgical courses, and industry trade shows annually


What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of successful B2B outside sales experience
  • Medical or dental sales background preferred
  • Strong communicator with relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
