A well-established, patient-focused private practice in Santa Barbara is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join a collaborative multi-provider team. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry to an established, loyal patient base
- Perform restorative and preventive procedures with a patient-first approach
- Opportunity to perform surgical extractions, implants, and bone grafting
- Depending on experience, esthetic procedures and molar endo may be incorporated

Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active CA dental license or ability to obtain
- 5+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Proficiency in surgical extractions, bone grafting, and implants
- Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
- Team-oriented, patient-focused, and professional demeanor

Compensation
- Guaranteed daily rate for the 1st six months (TBD based on experience)
- After ramp-up: production-based compensation (30% to 35% of collections, depending on experience)
- Pay based on adjusted production; strong earnings potential with established demand
Schedule
- Minimum 3 days per week (Fridays for sure, likely Wednesday and Thursday)
- Opportunity to grow into 4 days/week based on scope and performance
