A well-established, patient-focused private practice in Santa Barbara is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join a collaborative multi-provider team. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry to an established, loyal patient base
• Perform restorative and preventive procedures with a patient-first approach

• Depending on experience, esthetic procedures and molar endo may be incorporated

Required Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active CA dental license or ability to obtain
• 5+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Proficiency in surgical extractions, bone grafting, and implants
• Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
• Team-oriented, patient-focused, and professional demeanor

Compensation

• Guaranteed daily rate for the 1st six months (TBD based on experience)
• After ramp-up: production-based compensation (30% to 35% of collections, depending on experience)
• Pay based on adjusted production; strong earnings potential with established demand

Schedule

• Minimum 3 days per week (Fridays for sure, likely Wednesday and Thursday)
• Opportunity to grow into 4 days/week based on scope and performance
• Flexibility based on procedural skill set (e.g., molar endo increases demand)
