This role offers the opportunity to represent regenerative materials and surgical instrumentation in a fast-growing segment of implant dentistry and oral surgery. Ideal for a driven B2B sales professional with medical or dental industry experience seeking autonomy, support, and a respected clinical brand.


You will manage a defined territory covering Chicago and surrounding regions, focusing on specialists performing elective procedures. With no implant system limitations, you have full access to all surgeon offices and the ability to build strong, value-driven relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development and expand current accounts
  • Execute growth strategies across the full product portfolio
  • Build relationships with oral surgeons, periodontists, and surgical specialists
  • Attend study clubs, surgical training events, and regional trade shows
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and KPIs
  • Meet and exceed territory sales goals


Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in dental or medical
  • Proven territory development and client relationship success
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable operating independently
  • Data-driven and able to manage a sales funnel
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred


Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive base salary based on experience
