Dental Technical Advisor

We are seeking experienced Dental Technical Advisors across Crown & Bridge, Full Arch, and Removables to join our growing team in Orange County. In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical resource for dentists and internal teams, ensuring cases meet the highest standards in quality, function, and esthetics.

What You’ll Do

• Provide technical case planning, review, and consultation across assigned specialties (C&B, Full Arch, or Removables)
• Communicate directly with dentists to clarify prescriptions, case design, and clinical requirements
• Partner with internal teams to manage workflows, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure timelines are met
• Inspect cases for accuracy, esthetics, and fit before final delivery
• Document case updates, adjustments, and communication in lab software
• Support training, mentorship, and process improvements to strengthen lab performance
• Stay current on materials, techniques, and digital workflows relevant to your specialty

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of hands-on dental lab experience in Crown & Bridge, Full Arch, or Removables
• Strong technical knowledge of relevant workflows, anatomy, occlusion, and digital systems
• Proven ability to communicate with dentists and clinical staff in a consultative role
• Highly organized with attention to detail, follow-through, and case tracking
• Team player with a service-oriented mindset and ability to manage complex cases
• Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

• $30 to $40 per hour, based on experience
