A private FFS/PPO practice in Olympia is seeking an experienced General Dentist. This role offers the autonomy of leading patient care in a well-established office with 2,000 active patients and the support of a skilled clinical team.

With a guaranteed daily rate, strong production upside, and future ownership potential, this is an opportunity designed for long-term growth.

Key Highlights

• Schedule: 4-day workweek, Fridays off!
• Daily Guarantee: $800 for the first few months
• Compensation: 25% of production or 30% of collections, no lab fees
• Patient Base: 2,000 active patients, 70% PPO, 30% FFS
• Team Support: 2 hygienists (credit for exams), 2 RDAs assigned daily
• Ops: 2 operatories dedicated to the associate
• Technology: iTero, CAD/CAM, Dexis digital X-ray, Nobel implant system
• Ownership: Partnership / equity potential available

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality comprehensive care including crowns, fillings, dentures, appliances, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Lead the office team day-to-day as the managing dentist, supported by a CEO handling administration and marketing
• Contribute to the updating and remodeling of the practice and its technology
• Expand clinical offerings over time with mentorship support from other doctors in the group

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. program
• Active Washington State dental license in good standing
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience (AEGD or GPR helpful)
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to manage a single-dentist practice
• Confidence with bread-and-butter procedures, with interest in growing skills in areas like endo, surgery, implants, or Invisalign
