What You’ll Do
- Set up full and partial dentures by arranging teeth in wax with precision and aesthetic care
- Interpret detailed dental prescriptions and design specifications
- Construct and refine wax models for optimal fit, function, and patient comfort
- Adjust tooth shape, size, and color to match natural dentition
- Assist with denture finishing processes, including curing, polishing, and final inspection
- Follow standard operating procedures and maintain strict quality standards
- Manage time effectively to meet production deadlines
- Collaborate with fellow technicians and contribute to a positive team environment
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 6 months experience in denture set-up, OR
- 1 year of experience in a role requiring strong manual dexterity (jeweler, hairdresser, artist, carpenter, mechanic, etc.)
- Familiarity with dental lab tools, wax-ups, and removable prosthetic workflows preferred
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to read, write, and follow detailed instructions
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic
- CDT certification preferred, or interest in pursuing certification (lab will support this path)
- No prior dental experience required — training provided for the right candidate with strong manual skills and a growth mindset
