What You’ll Do

  • Set up full and partial dentures by arranging teeth in wax with precision and aesthetic care
  • Interpret detailed dental prescriptions and design specifications
  • Construct and refine wax models for optimal fit, function, and patient comfort
  • Adjust tooth shape, size, and color to match natural dentition
  • Assist with denture finishing processes, including curing, polishing, and final inspection
  • Follow standard operating procedures and maintain strict quality standards
  • Manage time effectively to meet production deadlines
  • Collaborate with fellow technicians and contribute to a positive team environment


What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in denture set-up, OR
  • 1 year of experience in a role requiring strong manual dexterity (jeweler, hairdresser, artist, carpenter, mechanic, etc.)
  • Familiarity with dental lab tools, wax-ups, and removable prosthetic workflows preferred
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Ability to read, write, and follow detailed instructions
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic
  • CDT certification preferred, or interest in pursuing certification (lab will support this path)
  • No prior dental experience required — training provided for the right candidate with strong manual skills and a growth mindset
