Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry to patients of all ages
• Perform restorative, removable, and anterior endodontic procedures
• Learn and assist in advanced services such as guided implant placement and Invisalign
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Support a patient-first culture and uphold clinical excellence

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active or eligible Illinois dental license
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Interest in mentorship and continuous learning
• Open to new graduates and experienced providers

Benefits:

• $150,000 guaranteed base salary for the first two years
• Average earnings between $250K to $300K; top performers exceed $400K
