Orthodontic Territory Sales Representative
Location: Vancouver, British Columbia
Territory: Western Canada as assigned
Travel: Frequent travel throughout the territory required
Position Summary
The Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and growing sales of orthodontic products within orthodontic practices and key opinion leader accounts throughout Western Canada. This role combines technical consulting, product demonstrations, account management, education, and business development.
The ideal candidate is either:
- An experienced orthodontic sales contributor with sales experience
- Orthodontic practice relationships in Western Canada
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with orthodontic practices and/or accounts.
- Conduct regular in-person visits with customers throughout the territory.
- Present, promote, and sell orthodontic products.
- Deliver hands-on product demonstrations and technical training.
- Provide ongoing technical support and product education to customers.
- Develop and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), educators, and industry influencers.
- Coordinate and support educational programs, workshops, and continuing education events.
- Represent the company at orthodontic meetings, trade shows, and industry conferences.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and territory plans.
- Achieve established sales and growth objectives.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related orthodontic industry role.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively throughout Western Canada.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Preferred
- Previous experience selling orthodontic products to orthodontic specialists.
- Existing relationships within the Western Canada orthodontic community.
- Experience conducting educational programs and hands-on product demonstrations.
