Job Title: Vice President of Sales


Location: Remote U.S.


Our client seeks a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team in expanding market presence and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership within the dental/orthodontic industry, with a deep understanding of orthodontic clear aligners and market trends. Candidates MUST have proven results creating and executing a successful Go To Market sales strategy. Ideal candidates can be an executive presence while also being able to collaborate cross-functionally and develop their sales team.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performance sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dental professionals, distributors, and strategic partners
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and market expansion
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all sales activities


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the dental device industry
  • Startup experience is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets in a competitive market environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
