Business Development Manager (Central or Eastern U.S.)
We’re looking for a high-impact Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, strengthen client performance, and expand our client's presence across key U.S. markets. Reporting to the Global Head of Business Development, you’ll focus on acquiring new clients, deepening engagement with existing accounts, and improving operational efficiency through field-based insights.
What You’ll Do
- Grow revenue by identifying opportunities within client portfolios and executing targeted sales strategies.
- Acquire new clients through outreach, networking, and compelling proposals.
- Strengthen retention and profitability by building high-value client relationships.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand the client’s footprint.
- Support field operations by helping optimize resource allocation and service delivery.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Track KPIs, forecast performance, and report results to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align business development efforts.
What You Bring
- 5–10 years of sales or business development experience, ideally with proven revenue results.
- Experience in the DSO (Dental Service Organization) industry is required.
- Strong understanding of dental markets and customer needs.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Clear aligner experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
