A thriving private practice in Olympia is seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to help lead the next chapter of the practice. The current owner plans to transition out within the next 6 to 12 months and is looking for a successor who can step in, earn patient trust, and grow into the role. Whether through a structured buyout or full purchase, the sale price will be secured at the time of hire. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside the owner, learn the business, and prepare for a smooth ownership handoff.

With a loyal FFS patient base and efficient systems already in place, this role is ideal for a dentist ready to grow clinically and step into ownership with mentorship and support.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry in a tech-forward setting
• Build lasting relationships through high-quality, patient-centered care
• Perform a range of procedures including oral surgery, grafting, and sedation
• Collaborate with a skilled clinical and administrative team
• Work closely with the current owner to ensure a seamless transition and gain insight into daily practice operations and ownership fundamentals

What You’ll Bring:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
• Active Washington license or eligibility to obtain
• 2+ years of experience or completion of a GPR/AEGD preferred
• Proficiency in implants, oral surgery, or sedation a plus
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient care

Compensation and Structure:

• $800+ daily guarantee or 30% of collections during initial ramp-up
• $200K to $250K in 1st year earnings
• Up to $15,000 in sign-on, relocation, or CE bonus
• W2 or 1099 structure based on candidate preference
• CE, licensing, and competitive benefits package
• Practice sale price secured at hire, with flexibility to buy in immediately or phase in over time
