A well-established dental practice in Oroville is seeking a General Dentist to join a busy, respected community office with strong patient demand, proven systems, and an experienced support team.

The practice is looking to add two providers: one as soon as possible and another around 6 months later. This is a strong opportunity for a dentist who wants steady patient flow, clinical growth, and a practice culture built around gentle care, trust, and quality treatment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry
• Perform restorative dentistry, crown and bridge, partial and full dentures, extractions, endodontics, and procedures within comfort level
• Educate patients clearly and build long-term trust
• Follow proven systems, protocols, and procedures
• Focus on precision, quality, and patient relationships
• Work closely with hygiene, assistants, front office, and leadership
• Refer out procedures when needed, including more complex cases

Compensation & Growth

• $250K+ realistic earning potential
• Average production around $5K/day
• 27% of adjusted collections
• Practice covers lab fees, with limited exceptions for re-dos or non-revenue-generating cases
• Daily guarantee around $750/day for up to 6 months, depending on experience and fit
• Flexibility up to $850/day for 3 months for the right candidate
• Guarantee is negotiable for a strong fit
• Training and mentorship can be tailored to the provider
• Opportunity to improve efficiency while maintaining quality

What We’re Looking For

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program
• Active California license or ability to obtain
• Strong communication skills
• Clear English communication
• Gentle, patient-first chairside manner
• Comfortable treating an established patient base
• Interest in learning and following proven systems
• Focused on patient relationships and needed care
• Spanish speaking is a plus
• Must carry own malpractice insurance
