Key Duties & Responsibilities

Site Leadership & Operations

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities across floating solar project sites
• Lead and coordinate site personnel, subcontractors, and labor teams
• Ensure all work aligns with approved plans, drawings, and project specifications

Project Coordination

• Manage site schedules, logistics, and material deliveries to keep projects on track
• Collaborate with engineers, clients, and project management teams to support progress
• Monitor milestones and adjust workflows to meet deadlines

Quality & Compliance

• Conduct routine site inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental requirements, and industry standards
• Maintain accurate records, including progress reports and compliance documentation

Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement

• Identify and resolve technical or operational issues efficiently
• Implement practical solutions to minimize delays and maintain productivity

Health & Safety

• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on-site
• Lead safety briefings and ensure adherence to OSHA and relevant safety guidelines

Skills & Experience Required

• At least 3 years of experience in electrical construction, ideally within solar projects
• Solid understanding of solar PV systems, electrical infrastructure, and structural installation
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards such as OSHA, NEC, and environmental compliance
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and construction documentation
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and organisational abilities
• Experience using construction management software and reporting tools
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to various project sites as required
