Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Texas

Salary: $250,000 - $270,000 + Package


H9 Talent Solutions are supporting our client in the recruitment of a Project Manager to oversee their new mission critical construction projects from initiation through to completion. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from pre-construction through final handover.
  • Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams including site managers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and all legal requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Manage project costs and control changes to scope, budget, or schedule.
  • Prepare and present detailed progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Facilitate open and effective communication among all project stakeholders.
  • Resolve project-related issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct project closeout procedures and ensure client satisfaction is achieved.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering mission critical construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety regulations, and contractual requirements.
  • Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or Procore.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
