HR Officer
Salary: £35,000–£40,000 per annum DOE + bonus + excellent benefits
Location: Liverpool City Centre (Hybrid)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on HR Officer to take ownership of the day-to-day HR function for a fantastic international organisation. This is a standalone generalist role with real scope to influence culture, improve processes, and enhance the employee experience across a diverse, high-performing, multicultural team.

What You'll Be Doing
- Look after all day to day HR duties
- Look after payroll and benefits
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Performance, Development & Systems Support
- Manage all HR systems
- Driving Employee Engagement & Culture
- Development of company policy

About You
Essential:
- Proven HR generalist experience, ideally in a standalone or small-team role.
- Strong HRIS skills
- Experience managing payroll with external providers is a plus
- Solid understanding of UK employment law.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Desirable:
- CIPD Level 5+ or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a fast-moving or international environment.
- A passion for employee experience and engagement.
