HR Officer

Salary: £35,000–£40,000 per annum DOE + bonus + excellent benefits

Location: Liverpool City Centre (Hybrid)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent



About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on HR Officer to take ownership of the day-to-day HR function for a fantastic international organisation. This is a standalone generalist role with real scope to influence culture, improve processes, and enhance the employee experience across a diverse, high-performing, multicultural team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Look after all day to day HR duties
  • Look after payroll and benefits
  • Recruitment and onboarding
  • Performance, Development & Systems Support
  • Manage all HR systems
  • Driving Employee Engagement & Culture
  • Development of company policy
  • A real chance to drive value add HR initiatives



About You

Essential:

  • Proven HR generalist experience, ideally in a standalone or small-team role.
  • Strong HRIS skills
  • Experience managing payroll with external providers is a plus
  • Solid understanding of UK employment law.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.


Desirable:

  • CIPD Level 5+ or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a fast-moving or international environment.
  • A passion for employee experience and engagement.
