Temporary Events Coordinator – Immediate Start

Location: Bolton (Hybrid – 3 days on site, 2 days from home)

Rate: £17.45 per hour (Inside IR35)

Contract: 3-month temporary assignment

Start: Immediate


We’re working with a fantastic client based in Bolton who is looking for an experienced Events Coordinator to join their friendly and collaborative team on a temporary basis.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who’s highly organised, proactive, and ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.


The Role

As the Events Coordinator, you’ll play a key part in planning and delivering a range of internal and external events, including:

  • Employee celebrations such as Long Service Awards and Employee Recognition events
  • Seasonal events like Christmas and Halloween celebrations
  • Corporate seminars and workshops


You’ll take ownership of event logistics from start to finish — from venue sourcing and scheduling to managing suppliers and ensuring smooth delivery on the day.

A background in marketing or event promotion would be a huge bonus, as you’ll also support with social media activity and internal comms to help raise awareness and engagement around events.


About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has proven experience in an Events Coordinator or similar role
  • Is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Can manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
  • Is confident liaising with stakeholders at all levels
  • (Bonus) Has experience in marketing or social media promotion
