District Partners has been engaged by a growing healthcare organization is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join its team in Arcadia, Florida. This role will provide nutrition assessment, education, and counseling to patients while partnering closely with clinical providers to support overall health and wellness. The organization is looking for someone who enjoys working directly with patients, can communicate nutrition recommendations in a practical and approachable way, and is comfortable collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
The ideal candidate is patient-focused, approachable, organized, and comfortable working with individuals from a variety of backgrounds. They are able to translate nutrition recommendations into practical guidance that patients can understand and incorporate into their daily lives.
This is an onsite opportunity in Arcadia and is best suited for a Registered Dietitian who is looking to make a direct impact within the local community.
What You'll be Owning:
- Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans
- Provide nutrition counseling and education based on patient needs and clinical goals
- Monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition plans as appropriate
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals as part of an integrated care team
- Educate patients on nutrition, healthy eating habits, disease management, and lifestyle changes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the medical record
- Support patients with a variety of nutritional and health-related needs
- Provide resources and recommendations that help patients successfully implement nutrition plans
- Participate in ongoing patient care coordination and follow-up
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- Must be a Registered Dietitian
- Prior experience providing nutrition counseling or clinical nutrition services preferred
- Experience working within a healthcare, outpatient, community health, or similar patient-care environment is helpful
- Strong patient communication and education skills
- Ability to work effectively with both patients and clinical providers
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a broader care team
- Must be able to work onsite in Arcadia, Florida
