As the practice continues to expand, the firm is seeking a technically strong and client-centric Tax Supervisor or Manager to play a key role in serving key clients. This is a high-impact position with meaningful visibility, direct client exposure, and a clear path for continued advancement within a growing specialty practice.

The right candidate will bring deep partnership tax experience, sound judgment, and the ability to translate complex tax matters into practical guidance for clients and internal stakeholders alike.


What You'll Do:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by delivering thoughtful, practical guidance on complex tax issues in a clear and business-oriented manner 
  • Manage and review complex partnership tax returns, including Forms 1065, Schedule K-1 reporting, multi-state filings, and investment fund structures 
  • Research and interpret complex and evolving tax laws affecting private equity funds, investment partnerships, and SBICs 
  • Analyze and apply provisions within limited partnership agreements to support tax compliance, reporting, and planning matters 
  • Communicate effectively with both tax and non-tax stakeholders, including investment professionals and deal teams 
  • Build and deepen client relationships through responsive service, strong technical insight, and a consultative approach 
  • Review the work of junior team members and provide coaching, mentorship, and developmental support 
  • Contribute to the continued growth and strength of a specialized and well-regarded practice area 


What You'll Have:

  • 3+ years of tax experience in public accounting 
  • Experience with complex partnership taxation 
  • Strong technical tax research skills, with the ability to interpret and apply complex tax law and regulations 
  • Experience reviewing and interpreting limited partnership agreements 
  • Strong client-facing communication skills, including the ability to explain technical matters clearly to non-tax audiences 
  • Prior experience mentoring, reviewing, and developing junior staff 
  • Experience with CCH Engagement and CCH Axcess preferred 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master of Taxation preferred 
  • CPA or EA strongly preferred; CPA or EA required for Manager title 
  • Ability to work in an in-office hybrid environment
