Lead Workday HCM Implementation Consultant, Payroll
Why You'll Actually Care
District Partners is exclusively representing a global technology and consulting organization expanding its Workday delivery capabilities across North America. The team supports complex Workday implementations for enterprise customers and is adding experienced, client-facing consultants who can take ownership of critical HCM workstreams from discovery through go-live.
This is a hands-on implementation role for someone with deep Workday Payroll expertise who has successfully led customer implementations from the Workday or Workday Services/Supplier side.
The Basics
The firm helps organizations modernize how they manage their people, operations, and enterprise systems, combining technology consulting with a substantial Workday services practice. Its engagements span implementation, optimization, and ongoing support, offering exposure to varied customer environments and business challenges. These opportunities combine the resources of an established global firm with hands-on ownership of customer delivery.

- Remain hands-on with configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and solution delivery.
- Lead customer workshops and guide stakeholders through design decisions, dependencies, and implementation tradeoffs.
