District Partners has been engaged to fill a Senior FP&A Analyst position that will help turn data-driven insights into actionable growth plans for clients. The candidate's expertise will directly contribute to driving financial performance, creating a positive ripple effect throughout the organization and among our diverse clientele.


What You'll be Owning:

  • Develop and implement financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profit margins, improving accuracy by at least 20%
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial strategy, resulting in a 15% increase in project ROI
  • Design and optimize reporting processes that enhance the transparency of the financial status by reducing turnaround time by 30%
  • Execute competitive benchmarking and market analyses to identify business growth opportunities, contributing to strategic planning initiatives
  • Conduct comprehensive variance analysis, identifying and explaining discrepancies to support strategic decision-making
  • Streamline internal budgeting processes, reducing errors and enhancing efficiency by automating repetitive tasks

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • Proven track record in financial modeling and forecasting within a consulting environment
  • Exceptional analytical skills and experience in variance analysis and budgeting
  • Strong proficiency with advanced financial software and data analytics tools
  • Excellent communication skills to present complex data to stakeholders clearly and concisely
  • Minimum of 5 years in a relevant financial planning role, preferably within a growth-stage consulting firm
