- Instrument robust funnel reporting and dashboards that quantify sourced and influenced pipeline, digital ROI, conversion rates, and client retention economics
- Deliver digital toolkits and templates that empower advisors to prospect and nurture digitally—email cadences, social sharing campaigns, proposal microsites, and compliant client engagement workflows
- Partner with subject matter experts to translate insights into scalable digital assets (webinars, gated white papers, digital events, video, and social campaigns)
- Orchestrate content syndication strategies that drive inbound demand and reinforce the firm’s brand as an authority in wealth management
- Manage a mix of in-house digital marketers, agencies, and platform partners
- Set performance standards, KPIs, and hold all contributors accountable for lead-gen outcomes
- Integrate compliant workflows and SEC Marketing Rule standards across all digital programs without sacrificing creativity, agility, or performance
- Reports to Chief Marketing Officer
