District Partners has partnered with a growing national financial services firm to identify a Director of Digital Marketing to set and execute the firm’s end-to-end digital marketing strategy, driving scalable growth, demand generation, and measurable business impact.

 

Reporting to the EVP of Marketing, this role oversees digital strategy and execution across channels, leads and develops a high-performing team, and serves as a hands-on player–coach. The position owns the digital roadmap—including marketing automation, CRM integration, and website performance—and will play a critical role in an upcoming website redesign and the continued evolution of the firm’s digital presence.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead digital marketing strategy across paid media, SEO, email, website, and marketing automation
  • Serve as a player–coach, mentoring and developing a high-performing digital team
  • Oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimization to drive lead generation and conversion
  • Own Salesforce and HubSpot integration, attribution, and automation
  • Partner with Sales, Growth, M&A, and Operations to align digital efforts with revenue goals
  • Lead website strategy, including an upcoming redesign
  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
  • Manage external agencies and vendors
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and emerging technologies

 

What You'll Have:

  • BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 8–10+ years of progressive digital marketing experience (3+ years in a leadership role)
  • Hands-on Salesforce and HubSpot experience (required)
  • Experience in financial services or professional services preferred
  • Deep expertise across paid media, SEO, email, website optimization, and marketing automation
  • Advanced experience with Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Proven leadership and coaching ability
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience leading website redesigns and performance optimization
  • Understanding of generative engine optimization (GEO) and AI-influenced search behavior
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
