District Partners has partnered with clients, including premier advisory firms, regional accounting practices with growing deals practices, and national firms — all seeking experienced transaction professionals to support increasing deal flow. We are currently recruiting Senior Associates for Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) roles across multiple clients and markets.


In these roles, you will serve as a key contributor on buy-side and sell-side M&A engagements, delivering quality of earnings analyses, financial due diligence, and strategic insights that inform critical investment decisions for private equity sponsors, strategic acquirers, and corporate clients.


What You'll Do:

  • Lead and execute financial due diligence engagements, including quality of earnings (QoE), net working capital analysis, and identification of debt and debt-like items
  • Analyze historical and projected financial statements to assess sustainability of earnings and identify key value drivers and risks
  • Develop client-ready deliverables including diligence reports, management presentations, and executive summaries
  • Build financial models and perform quantitative analyses in support of transaction evaluation
  • Coordinate directly with client management teams, legal counsel, and investment bankers throughout the deal process
  • Mentor and review work of junior staff, providing constructive feedback and supporting their development
  • Contribute to business development activities including proposals and client meetings


What You'll Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in Transaction Advisory, investment banking, financial due diligence, or public accounting with deal exposure
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial statement analysis skills


Preferred:

  • CPA license or active progress toward CPA
  • Big Four, national, or regional accounting firm background
  • Private equity transaction exposure
