District Partners has been engaged by a leading wealth management and family office platform to identify a Senior Operations Associate to join its Century City team. This firm advises ultra high net worth individuals, families, and entrepreneurs with complex financial lives, providing integrated investment management, financial planning, and family office services. The platform operates nationally and supports clients with sophisticated portfolios and multi generational wealth planning needs.
The Operations Associate will play a critical role in supporting the operational infrastructure that powers the client experience. This position works closely with advisory, client service, and operations teams to ensure portfolio data accuracy, resolve operational issues, and maintain the systems that support performance reporting and client portfolio oversight.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in investment operations or portfolio reporting who is looking to grow within a high performance wealth management environment. The role offers exposure to complex portfolios, sophisticated reporting systems, and the operational backbone behind a premier advisory platform.
This position requires five days per week in office.
What You'll Do:
- Support the daily operational workflows of advisory and client service teams
- Maintain and reconcile portfolio and performance reporting data across internal systems
- Process and maintain Assets Held Away data used for portfolio reporting and performance calculations
- Troubleshoot and resolve portfolio reporting and performance related discrepancies
- Assist with onboarding new accounts and ensure assets are accurately reflected across reporting platforms
- Verify portfolio data integrity and performance calculations
- Update and reconcile operational databases and reporting systems
- Partner with advisory and client service teams to ensure client portfolio information remains accurate and current
- Maintain operational documentation for compliance, reporting, and billing purposes
- Support operational initiatives, system improvements, and internal projects
- Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and strengthen process consistency
- Other duties as assigned
What You'll Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
- Candidate should have some experience working with Addepar Portfolio Management Platform
- One to seven years of experience in investment operations, portfolio reporting, or wealth management operations
- Prior experience within a Registered Investment Advisor, broker dealer, or investment management firm strongly preferred
- Experience working with portfolio reporting systems such as Addepar or similar platforms preferred
- Familiarity with performance reporting and portfolio data management required
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar systems is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
