District Partners is supporting a multi-site, mission-driven behavioral health organization that provides high-quality care to children, families, and individuals across Eastern Washington. This business-critical leader will drive growth, operational excellence, and culture across an expanding team of more than 70 dedicated employees.
The Practice Manager serves as the chief architect of all business, operational, and administrative activities within the practice. Partnering closely with clinical leadership, this role drives strategic, financial, and operational initiatives that create a high-performing environment and empower staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage front office and administrative teams, implementing best practices for customer service and operational efficiency.
- Oversee facilities management, vendor relationships, and day-to-day office operations.
- Own the human resources function, including recruitment, performance management, retention, and employee relations.
- Develop and monitor budgets, profit & loss statements, and practice financials.
- Use performance metrics and business analytics to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and healthcare business technology.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to optimize utilization, workflows, and business processes.
- Foster an inclusive, positive, and high-performance workplace culture.
- Lead hiring, disciplinary, and separation processes for business operations staff.
- Build, mentor, and inspire teams to excel in patient service and operational goals.
What You'll Have:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing a healthcare or professional practice of 50+ employees.
- Demonstrated excellence in people leadership, team development, and culture building.
- Proven experience managing front office operations, HR, facilities, budgets, and KPIs.
- Advanced technical skills: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and practice management systems.
- Experience with business analytics, reporting, and presenting performance insights to leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
