Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager – Financial Services

Location: Remote (U.S. based)

Travel: Up to 20%

Compensation: $120,000–$140,000 base + bonus eligible


Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead integrated campaign strategy, drive audience engagement, and elevate brand presence across key markets.

This role is ideal for a marketing leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution—someone who can translate business objectives into compelling campaigns, partner with agency teams, and lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable results.


Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development & Execution - Build and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns that support strategic business objectives—across digital, content, email, paid media, events, and more.
  • Agency Oversight - Serve as the internal lead for external marketing partners, ensuring timely delivery, creative alignment, and performance optimization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner closely with internal teams across operations, client experience, product, and business development to align marketing activities with broader goals.
  • Performance & Reporting - Use data to assess what’s working (and what’s not), and present key insights that inform ongoing campaign strategy.
  • Brand Stewardship - Ensure all content and campaigns meet high standards of quality, brand integrity, and regulatory compliance across channels.


Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within a regulated or professional services industry
  • Experience managing integrated campaigns across both digital and traditional channels
  • Proven ability to manage creative agencies and external vendors
  • Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting tools
  • CRM and marketing tech proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
  • Strategic thinker who can juggle multiple priorities while driving execution
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
