As they continue to modernize how their teams operate, they are investing in AI and emerging technologies to improve effectiveness, streamline workflows, and better leverage data across the organization. This role sits at the center of that evolution.


The Technology Enablement Manager will support internal users by helping them adopt and effectively use AI-driven tools in their day-to-day work. The focus is on testing and piloting solutions today while helping transition them into production in the near future. This is a highly collaborative, mid-level role supporting a team of approximately 15 and requires strong communication skills and a hands-on approach to user enablement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support internal users through hands-on training, guidance, and day-to-day enablement of AI tools and systems
  • Evaluate, test, and help implement AI solutions with a focus on real-world business application and future scalability
  • Translate business needs into practical, usable technology solutions aligned to existing workflows
  • Partner with stakeholders to pilot new tools, gather feedback, and iterate toward production-ready solutions
  • Improve processes and reduce friction across systems, particularly around usability and efficiency
  • Support user acceptance testing and contribute to successful rollout of new tools and enhancements
  • Build and maintain documentation, best practices, and internal knowledge resources


Required Experience

  • 5–8 years of experience in technology enablement, business operations, or similar
  • Hands-on experience working with AI tools or automation solutions from pilot through rollout
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must work well with others and support a team environment
  • Experience supporting internal users, including training and driving adoption of new tools
  • Ability to operate effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment


Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Exposure to data-driven tools, automation, or workflow optimization

Job Title: Technology Enablement Manager

Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid – 2 days onsite required)

Compensation: $115,000 – $140,000 base
